Flight Delay
We pay for your flight delay of at least eight hours as a result of an unforeseen
circumstances, eg. adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdown etc

Personal Liability
We pay for your legal liabilities towards third parties and/or lost & damage to
their property due to your negligence during your travel

Baggage Cover
We pay for loss or damage to your baggage (including your personal effects, suitcase
etc) during your journey

Delayed Baggage
We will compensate you for emergency purchases of essential items in the event your
baggage is delayed for more than eight hours, eg. you are flying to Japan and your
luggage is accidentally sent to USA

Loss of Travel Documents
We pay for the cost of obtaining replacement of travel documents that are essential
to continue and complete your journey (eg: passport)

|
Personal Money
We pay for your personal money if someone snatch you or stolen your money while
you deposit it in the hotel safe locker
|
|
Personal Accident
We pay a lump sum in cash if you pass away in an accident or become permanently
disabled due to an accident, eg: loss of hands, loss of eyes, loss of ears etc

|
|
Medical Expenses
We pay medical expenses, hospitalization, surgical fees that you actual incurred
during your travel period resulting from an accident or any sickness (not pre-existing)
eg: viral fever etc

|
Hospital Allowances
We pay cash allowance in the event you admitted to hospital as a result of bodily
injury or sickness while you travel abroad
|
|
|
Loss of Deposits / Cancellation / Curtailment
We pay for irrecoverable deposits due to unavoidable cancellation, proportional
return of your paid holiday (eg: hotel booking deposit, flight ticket etc) as a
result of any death, injury & critical illness of your loved ones and family
