loss to your home and ensure your family's safety.

Make sure you know the emergency contact
numbers and relief center.

Store important documents at safe places
such as on a higher position or water proof case where they
won't get damaged when the flood strike.

Prepare emergency plan and practice flood
evacuation route with your family.

Have an electrician raise your home electric
components such as switches, sockets, circuit breaker and
other wirings.

Most importantly, purchase a home
insurance that covers the loss of or damage to your

Do not drive through a flooded area. Water

quickly. A car may be carried away by flood water. If you

authorities or police and evacuate immediately if you have
