The policy indemnifies the Insured against all sums for which the Insured shall
be liable to pay compensation to any employee for personal injury sustained by accident
or disease arising out of and in the course of his employment, under:

The Workmen Compensation Act together with any other amendment in the schedule of

The premium chargeable depends on the number of workmen / nature of occupation of
