What are the special features of mediGUARD Biz?
 
mediGUARD Biz offers 3 unique benefits, which are: Transportation other than Ambulance, International Travel Plan and Evacuation and Repatriation fees.

What does Transportation other than Ambulance benefit covers?
 
Transportation other than Ambulance benefit covers the charges incurred for Medically Necessary domestic transportation services other than ambulance, including but not limited to taxis and helicopters, to and/or from the hospital of confinement.
   
3. What does International Travel Plan benefit covers?
 
International Travel Plan benefit provides reimbursement for travel-related loss incurred while traveling out of Malaysia:
 
i)
Baggage - Reimburses for loss or damage to baggage up to RM5000 subject to RM500 per item.
ii)
Personal Money and Documents - Reimburses for loss of cash/ cheque up to RM500 and documents up to RM1000.
iii)
Travel delay - Reimburses RM200 for each full eight consecutive hours delay up to RM2000.
iv)
Flight cancellation / Curtailment - Reimburses up to RM5000.
   
4. What does Evacuation and Repatriation fees benefit covers?
 
Evacuation and Repatriation fees benefit reimburses the expenses incurred for Medically Necessary evacuation and repatriation assistance back to Malaysia in the event of an accidental injury occurring while traveling outside Malaysia resulting in death or disablement of the Insured.
