REIMBURSEMENT
 
1.
How do I make a reimbursement claim?
 
Upon admission, notify Kurnia Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad (KIMB) nearest branch within 30 days and our branch personnel will provide claim form and medical form to you to be completed. Original bills, original receipts, completed claim form, completed physician's medical report and others relevant claims documents are required to be submitted to our branch for claim processing within 30 days.
   
2.
What is the time frame for reimbursement?
 
7 working days after submission of complete documents.
   
3. If I visit a General Practitioner or Doctor before admission to hospital, will Guarantee Letter (GL) be issued to me?
 
Guarantee Letter will not be issued. However, you can file in a claim with KIMB after seeking treatment for our consideration.
