benefits: Pregnancy Complications, Female Cancer, Accidental
Facial / Dental Cosmetic and Maternity Death.

What does Female Cancer benefit covers?
|
| |
Female Cancer benefit covers breast
cancer, cervical cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer,
cancer of the fallopian tubes and cancers of the vulva
and vagina. A lump sum as stated in the Schedule of
Benefit shall be payable upon diagnosis of Female Cancer.
This benefit is payable once during Insured lifetime.

If an Insured underwent an
operation to remove a birth mark on the face, is
the expenses incurred covered under Accidental Facial
/ Dental Cosmetic Surgery benefit?

No, the expenses will not be covered
as this benefit reimburses expenses incurred for a
necessary treatment or reconstructive surgery of facial
and neck disfigurement or damage to sound natural teeth
following injuries sustained as a result of accident.

Can Insured include her daughter
under her policy when she reaches 19 years old?

Yes, the daughter can be included
as dependent provided that the daughter is still completing
her tertiary studies and she can renew the policy until
23 years old next birthday.
