Over the years, although KAA has been complimented
as a very helpful and effective tool, answering to many roadside
problems, the total service excellence of KAA remains illusive.
Our promise of prompt delivery of KAA services to our members has
been largely affected by the constant traffic jams plaguing the
roads and cities.
The KAA Rider is a new initiative, designed by Kurnia to promptly
attend to all breakdowns of vehicles involving the KAA members,
24 hours a day, anytime and anywhere, in Klang Valley. The KAA
Rider, with blue uniform and vest, can now reach the distressed
KAA caller in 30 minutes or less – our commitment to all
the KAA members. On 21st November 2008, our Chief Executive Officer
also the Managing Director, Capt. K.H. Chia will be officiating
the launch of KAA in Menara Kurnia.
At this moment, 4 units of motorbikes with riders are always standing
by at bangunan Kurnia and Menara Kurnia to assist our callers in
the event they have vehicle breakdowns in Golden Triangle area
and Petaling Jaya. Gradually, the KAA Rider will be introduced
to some of the selected KAA branches.
We are confident that our policyholders will appreciate this new
initiative; designed exclusively for them by Kurnia and hope they
will continue to support Kurnia Insurans throughout.
