KOTA SAMARAHAN: If you are born in 1957 and plan to buy a house developed by Naim Cendera Holdings Bhd, there are discounts and other incentives awaiting you.

Naim Cendera’s 50 for 50 Merdeka promotion offer a buyer RM5,000 discount for any selected corner unit in its residential projects in Desa Ilmu here, the Riveria in Kuching and Bandar Baru Permyjaya in Miri.

In addition, a buyer will get a complimentary RM5,000 worth of landscaping works, a free 50-week Kurnia insurance coverage, cash vouchers up to RM2,500 and an additional 50-week free warranty for the house.

The company said there were different offers for property investors and other house buyers.

Those taking up the Merdeka offers are also eligible to take part in the ongoing Naim’s Buy Your House and Win It Free contest, which will end on Dec 31.

At Desa Ilmu yesterday, Naim Cendera’s managing director Datuk Hasmi Hasnan handed over a newly completed double-storey semi-detached house to its owner Norman Peter, who was represented by his father Peter Nyarong.

Norman, who works for the International Trade and Industry Ministry in Kuala Lumpur, is overseas.

His two sisters Winnie and Mary also own houses in Desa Ilmu.
