KYPP is an 18-month programme designed to provide young graduates with an opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of the general insurance business. You will undergo extensive classroom and on the job training, and be exposed to real-life situations. There will also be opportunities to network with others.

	Classroom training will provide basic Insurance product and knowledge, customized training in relation to Underwriting & Claims. You will also be trained in Sales and Marketing Skills, basic management and self-development skills.
	You will under-go a series of three-month internship sessions in different departments or branches across Malaysia and associated companies in Indonesia and Thailand within 18 months with real life challenges. During this period, you will be given opportunities to network among colleagues and senior members of the management, including the CEO himself.

After successfully completing this programme, opportunities will be given to you to assume professional and supervisory positions, and be expected to move on a fast-track career development path.

	30 years old or younger
	Strong command in English, both written and oral
	Master's degree or basic degree with CGPA of 3.0 and above from a reputable university
	Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
	Highly motivated and performance orientated
	Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
