Accounting Executive (Operations) (Based at Head office, Petaling Jaya)
 
  Roles and Responsibilities:
  Timely completion of branches’ monthly financial accounts
  Timely issuance of cheques
  Timely completion of reinsurer returns and reconciliation
  To perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the Superior or Management

  Requirements:
  Degree holder major in Accounts or part qualify on professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA
  Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft applications
  Organized, disciplined, integrity person
  Ability to work under deadline pressure with minimum supervision

Accounting Clerk (Based at Head office, Petaling Jaya)
 
  Roles and Responsibilities:
  To issue OD, KFK, Theft, BI, TPD and Medical claim payment and cheque
  To sort and send out all claim cheques by post
  To file all claim payment vouchers
  To perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the Superior or Management

  Requirements:
  Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in any related field
  Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft applications
  Organized, disciplined, integrity person

Claims
Motor Claims Executive (Based at Head office, Petaling Jaya)
 
  Roles and Responsibilities:
  To supervise staff under his / her charge
  To study and recommend improvement on claims procedures and work flow for the section
  To verify Executive’s recommendation in related to his/her section
  To assess and approve claim within authority limit when instructed
  To recommend claims approval above authority limit to relevant superior for approval when instructed
  To scrutinize incoming mails for the section/department
  To monitor all payment for all type of claims
  Verification of payment document to ensure they are complete before processing
  To assume other related responsibilities as directed by the Superior or Head of Department

  Requirements:
  Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and/or ACII / AMII / AAII
  At least 1 year of service in the company and have experience in Claims processing
  Knowledge to use Microsoft applications (Word Excel, Powerpoint)
  Able to work independently and have the desire to excel
  Proficient in written and spoken English

Claims Property Damage & Claims Bodily Injury Clerk (Based at Head office, Petaling Jaya)
 
  Roles and Responsibilities:
  Make phone calls and mail letters to retrieve documents required to assess claims and settle claims
  To prepare all correspondence between Kurnia and claimant, solicitor, and / or adjuster
  Photocopy claims documents and enter claims data into production system

  Requirements:
  Minimum SPM qualification
  At least 1 year of service in the company and have experience in Claims processing
  Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft applications
  Ability to organize and communicate clearly and effectively
  Ability to take pressure and feedback
  Must be a team player to achieve the set objectives and goals

Internal Audit
Internal Auditor (Based at Head office, Petaling Jaya)
 
  Responsibilities:
  Prepare and implement risk-based auditing with good audit practices and principles
  Review the adequacy, integrity and effectiveness of internal control systems
  Discuss audit findings and recommendations with auditees
  Provide assurance of accuracy and reliability of computerised information

  Requirements:
  Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or its equivalent
  Possess good report writing skills preferably with knowledge relating to risk-based auditing, audit methodologies, techniques and application
  Possess excellent communication skills
  Willing to travel extensively at short notice
  Knowledge in ACL, COSO or General Insurance would be an added advantage

Penunggang Motosikal Mekanik - Kurnia Auto Assist Rider (KAA) - Johor Bahru / Penang
 
  Tugas/Tanggungjawab:
  Memberi bantuan kepada pemengang polisi yang mengalami kerosakan kereta yang ringgan seperti menukar tayar, bateri, 'jumpstart' dan sebagainya
  Bertindak dalam masa 15 minit ke tempat kejadian selepas menerima panggilan dari Pusat Perkhidmatan KAA. Motosikal akan disediakan oleh pihak syarikat

  Kelayakan:
  Mempunyai sijil kemahiran dalam bidang automatif. Pemohon yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam membaiki kenderaan akan diutamakan
  Memiliki lesen motosikal B2 dan boleh bekerja dalam syif
  Fasih bertutur dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris
  Mahir dengan kawasan-kawasan / jalan-jalan di Lembah Klang
  Berdisiplin dan beretika

Secretary (based at HQ in Petaling Jaya)
 
  Responsibilities:
  Prepare, coordinate and manage correspondences/emails, reports and documents for Management and various agency departments
  Provide analysis of reports to Management
  Coordinate and schedule conferences, meetings, and travel arrangement
  Attend agency dinners/events when needed

  Requirements:
  Possess a Degree or Diploma in any discipline / Private Secretary Certificate (PSC) or its equivalent
  3 years relevant working experience
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  Conversant in Mandarin dialect will be an added advantage
  Good at taking and writing minutes as also, correlating reports for Management
  Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
  Good in planning and organizing, interpersonal, time and stress management skills
  Pleasant personality and open-minded
  Must be willing to attend agency dinners/functions including coordinating the events
