 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Timely completion of branches monthly financial accounts
  • Timely issuance of cheques
  • Timely completion of reinsurer returns and reconciliation

Motor Claims - Managers / Executives (Based at Head office, Petaling Jaya)
 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assess and process motor claims
  • Provide timely advice to Company on the exposure of risks / liability of claims
  • Compliance towards regulatory requirements, claims procedures and guidelines
  • Prepare monthly management reports and claim statistical analysis
 Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and/or preferably with insurance professional certification in DMII / ACII / AMII / AAII
  • At least 2 years experience in Claims processing / management in particular general insurance. For Managerial positions, a minimum 5 years of experience including managing staff is required
  • Able to work independently, analytical skills and detail in work

Non Motor Claims - Managers / Executives (Based at Head office, Petaling Jaya)
 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible on Claims function and implementation of operations strategy to support company / department goals and performance
  • Handle all assigned Non-Motor Claims and ensure prompt and reasonable settlement within guidelines as approved by Management and in conformity to existing PIAM and BNM guidelines
  • Establish, update and maintain workflow process, procedures and manuals
  • Manage effective business relationship with intermediaries, agents, lawyers, customers and service providers
 Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree; preferably with DMII / ACII / AMII / AAII

In-House Loss Surveyors (Nationwide)
 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To carry out survey on accident and theft recovered vehicle
  • To assess and evaluate survey report that is produced by panel adjuster
  • Recommend cost of repair to Claims department and negotiate with repairer as when deemed necessary
  • To compile and update parts-pricing records for all types of vehicle models
 Requirements:
  • Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
  • Possess own transport , willing to travel and be on standby for 24 hours scene survey

Internal Audit
Internal Auditors / IS Auditors (Based in Sunway, Petaling Jaya)
 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Plan and carry out audits, ad-hoc and special assignments including investigations and reviews
  • Ensure coverage of relevant regulatory requirements and recommend improvements to corporate policies, procedures and practices
  • Ensure timely reporting of findings, risks and recommendations for auditee's response and finalisation of report to the Audit Committee
  • Follow-up with auditees on outstanding audit findings and verification of resolved findings
 Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent. Those who have obtained professional qualification in Internal Audit would be advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience from auditing firms, or in Information System / IT auditing, but those who had experience in corporate's operational and financial audits in insurance industry are preferred
  • Able to perform technical IT audit including infrastructure, application review and system development auditing. Knowledge of CAATs is an added advantage
  • Good report writing skills with knowledge relating to audit methodologies, techniques and applications

 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform checking / editing for special type of eCover Notes
  • Monitoring unprocessed cover notes report
  • Working closely with Branches to ensure all policies are processed in a timely manner
  • Assist in the review of current processes to improve the productivity of the department
  • Matching Premium Submission Sheet, payment processing and print Endorsement Confirmation slip

  • Must possess basic knowledge on car maintenance and candidates with relevant roadside breakdown towing experience will have an added advantage
